Our standard carpet cleaning process or system includes the following:

• Moving of furniture – we clear the room with all the movable furniture  first before we start so that we can evenly and thoroughly clean the carpet from wall to wall.
• Pre-vacuuming – we vacuum first to remove the dust and soil or any dirt so that it won’t cling to the carpet when we start using our carpet cleaning machine.
• Pre-spotting – we do pre-spotting treatment first before we use our carpet cleaning machine so that we can evenly clean the carpet at once.
• Deodorizing – we will make sure that the carpet is properly deodorized to remove unwanted smell and leave it ultra clean, fresh and like new again.
• Heavy Traffic Treatment – we use specialize product to ultra clean the heavy traffic area of the house that is carpeted, like the front door entry , back door entry, stairs and hallways.
• Water Extraction – we extract the water after shampooing the carpet to make sure that the deeply nestled dirt will be extracted after shampooing.
